The contracts and other forms are intended to encompass a variety of transactions that are typical in the field of residential construction and remodeling in the State of Texas. The updated TAB contracts reflect the fact that the statutorily required warranties and performance standards ceased on Sept. 1, 2009, by including provisions whereby the parties agree to the specific warranties and performance standards that have been in place since 2003. In addition to the contract changes, the package includes an amendment for homes contracted before Sept. 1, 2009, but completed after that date. Each subscription is good for two (2) years, through August 31, 2011.

Cost is $299.99 plus tax, saving individual members thousands of dollars in attorney's fees. The subscription covers any revisions to the documents through the two-year period.
