ALL CLASS SIZES ARE LIMITED, AND REGISTRANTS ARE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
Cancellation Policy: If anyone makes a reservation for a class and does not attend, they will be billed for the class. A registrant will be billed 50% for the event if the cancellation is made less than 2 business days prior to the beginning time of the class. Anyone who attends a class without a reservation will pay an additional 25%.

Requirements for Designation, CGP: Certified Green Professional

  • Course: "Green Building for Building Professionals"
  • Course: "Business Management for Building Professionals" OR hold NAHB designation
  • Minimum 2 years building industry experience
  • Adherance to CGP Code of Ethics

Requirements for Designation, CAPS: Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist

  • Course: "Marketing & Communication Strategies for Aging & Accessibility" (CAPS I)
  • Course: "Design/Build Solutions for Aging & Accessibility " (CAPS II)
  • Minimum 2 years building industry experience
  • Adherance to CAPS Code of Ethics

Associated Requirements for Designations in Addition to Courses:

  • Graduation Fees (Member $145, Non-member $245)
  • Annual Renewal Fees (Member $50, Non-member $75)
  • 12 hours of continuing education every 3 years from building industry courses or events, including those produced by NAHB.
