History:

1953

The Home Builders Association of Tyler is organized and the first Parade of Homes™ is held in the Tanglewood Subdivision.

1981

Association hosts the first Home Products Show.

1983

Association name changes to Tyler Area Builders Association.

1999

Tyler Area Builders Association moves into newly-constructed offices on Grande Boulevard.

2023

Tyler Area Builders Association celebrates 70 years!
