Parade of Homes

• Tickets & Addresses: Tickets will be $15 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. Addresses are revealed and ticket sales begin Monday, June 1, 2026. Check back here on June 1, 2026 to purchase a ticket online. During Parade dates/hours, tickets may be purchased at each participating home.
• What is the Parade of Homes™? The Parade of Homes™ is a nine-day tour of completed newly constructed and newly renovated homes showcasing the work of builders and subcontractors who are members of the Tyler Area Builders Association.
• Is the ticket good for the entire Parade? Yes, one ticket allows you to go through each home one time for the duration of the Parade.  It is up to each individual builder to allow a second visit.
• Are ticket prices the same if I purchase online? Yes, ticket prices are the same whether purchased online or at each home. Credit card purchases are only available here on our site or on the TABA Parade of Homes app (starting June 1st). Cash transactions are available at participating Parade homes during Parade dates/hours.
• Which home do I start at? You can start your tour at any home on the list.
• Where do I get a map? On June 1st, a map and list of homes will available at this site. If you purchase a ticket online, you will receive a magazine and printed map at the first home you visit during the Parade. If you purchase a ticket at a participating Parade home during the Parade, you receive a magazine and printed map upon purchase.
• Do all children need tickets? If they are carried in arms, no. If they walk, yes.
